1. Are you a U.S. citizen or permanent resident?
2. Do you hold a bachelor's degree?
3. Did you earn your last degree on or before June 30, 2001?
4. Will you take the courses at a regionally accredited two- or four-year institution, technical institution, or distance learning program?
5. Will all the intended coursework be related to your professional development in a significant way?
If you have answered NO to any of these questions, you are not eligible.
If you have answered YES to ALL of these questions, you are eligible.
Application deadline is Dec. 15, 2005.

Wed, October 26, 2005 - 3:49 PMYou missed one requirement: You gotta have the xx chromosome pairing. That is, you gotta have the pair up high and no dangly 'y' thing down low. That is, it's for women.
